We also give a further  discount to children below the age of 16, when accompanied by an adult. The accommodation can cater for up to 12 people and has two separate living areas and a converted Mule House with its own entrance en-suite bathroom, fridge and drink making facilities. It is self contained and private, we charge according to the number of people who want to use the house. We can make arrangements for up to 18 people if this is required.

We do not increase our charges in the school holiday periods.

We can arrange catering at the house by local chefs for as many nights as you wish. The cost is determined by your requirements; the average cost of a typical 3-course meal (Spanish or English style) including wine is 10.00 pounds per person.

Activities that you want us to arrange, ie. a fishing permit or entrance to a theme park, are charged at the actual cost, plus an administration cost of 2 pound, per group per activity. All activities must be paid for at the time of booking. If you are interested in any particular activities and would like us to arrange them, please send us details and we will e-mail you their total cost.

NB .You must take out any insurance required, to cover you in pursuit of the activity, of your choice.

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder is to be paid upon arrival.
